In the years since Thomas Spencer bought most of Puueo, this land has been broken up into many pieces. Near the ocean, hotels and housing predominates. The property closest to the mountain is primarily agricultural.

 At over 1000 acres, Lavaloha is the largest of the farms, growing cacao, coffee, lychee, as well as raising cattle and hardwood trees. It also produces chocolate from the cacao trees, coffee from the coffee trees and runs tours on its extensive properties. There are historic flumes, ditches on the properties as well. We are making an effort to making tours of these places as well.
